In Papua New Guinea the team worked for Voluntary Services Overseas’ (VSO) Language Support Program, creating contextual training videos for trainee teachers. In Timor-Leste we have worked with the MFAT funded HANDS project to create a series of videos for teachers on subjects including play and professional development. In the Solomon Islands we were part of creating the foundations for creating financial literacy videos for Catalpa’s smart phone application, aimed at rural women.
The Positive Media team also offers training, mentoring and capacity building. Whether it is teaching field staff to take better photographs using their smart phones, or sharing skills one-to-one to build confidence in a team member.
